It was an Accident, should I still claim?
If you have been injured in an accident or as a result of someone else’s carelessness, it is logical and reasonable that you receive compensation. The law says so and as a leading claims management company we will make sure that you get what you are entitled to.
I slipped on a wet floor was it my fault?
It all depends on whether the surface was wet, a hazard and not marked as such, then someone’s negligence could have been at fault. It’s free and without obligation to ask us for our opinion.
The Accident was a while ago, can I still claim?
The law generally will normally allow a period of three years from the date of an incident for any compensation claim to be made. However, in exceptional circumstances, or when the victim is below the age of 18 when the accident happened, the three year rule will not apply.
Do I need to have reported my injuries to my GP or hospital?
It can be beneficial to have a written record of the injuries either at your GP or hospital but this is not essential. If you have not been to visit your GP or hospital it should not prevent you from presenting a claim.

Will I have to fill out loads of paperwork?

I was hit by an uninsured driver. Do I have a claim still?
Don’t think you cannot claim as there is an organisation called the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB) which is funded by all the motor insurance companies. Where a driver who has injured you is uninsured or untraceable, your claim will be dealt with by MIB.
How do I claim for an accident at work?
When you are injured at work, first thing you should do is tell your employer, as well as seeking medical attention. Make sure that the details of the accident are marked in the accident book and get a copy of the if possible. After that, contact us and let us do the rest.
Can I still claim if my accident happened abroad?

How long will a personal injury claim take?
