A civil servant is making a motorbike accident claim after being hit by a car in London.
Pawan Aulakh has been unable to work since the incident last year, after suffering arm, leg, back and head injuries.
He now suffers bouts of depression and needs a carer to help him perform daily task.
Hannah Palmer, the driver of the car which pulled in front of Mr Aulakh’s motorbike admitted to driving without due care and attention at Bexleyheath Magistrates’ Court in June.
Now, Mr Aulakh has decided to pursue the accident claim through the civil courts as he describes his injuries as “life-changing” and faces a meeting with his employers to discuss whether they are able to keep his job open for him.
